The goal of antiracist business is to reconnect business to be in service of the people. All people. To be responsible stewards of wealth, to create jobs and opportunities that value and honor people, and to specifically contribute and lead the way forward to increasing wealth and access to opportunities, and resources that lead to equitable life outcomes among Black and Brown communities who have been marginalized and minoritized by our society and exploited by our historical business practices.
